ITALIA, ZANETTI CANTA PER L'AFRICA E DIFENDE LA LINGUA ITALIANA - ITALY, ZANETTI SINGS FOR AFRICA AND DEFENDS ITALIAN LANGUAGE

Not only a great champion on pitch. Inter captain Javier Zanetti, removes his shirt to play as a musician and help Africa to fight drought: the player, in fact, participates in charity project Rezophonic, which brings together so many artists - including Caparezza and Giuliano Sangiorgi (Negramaro) - to sing in chorus "It takes a flower", a Sergio Endrigo's cover transformed by Enrico Ruggeri in a punk song. Rezophonic's goal is to raise funds for Amref for the construction of wells in Africa.
But it's not all, because the argentinian is also committed to save italian language from disappearance. Although Javier Zanetti is italian by adoption, thanks to its long militancy for Inter, the defender has joined the campaign "Adopt a word", sponsored by the Dante Alighieri Society in collaboration with Donna and Corriere.it.
Zanetti chose to tell the meaning of the word slipperiness. "Behind the slipperiness of the game - writes the player - there's a lot of preparation, there is a career, there's a job that many people talk about in its essence, that is fun, but it is also constant, climbs, sacrifice, abandonment, repeatability, pain". "It's relish for the slipperiness of a game that are still here in the middle of the pitch, between friends and foes, including kicks and caresses and applause and insults, chasing a ball, in shorts, with the rain in your eyes or the body that breaks from the heat".
